Pilot Aluminium Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based wholesale manufacturer of aluminium shower screens and sliding wardrobe doors, with a custom extrusion capability for the jobs that fall outside any catalogue. We supply trade and retail customers direct from our factory in Wetherill Park.
How We Work
Built and glazed in-house.
Every screen and door in our range is manufactured to the same specification, whether it's a single retail order or a multi-unit trade job. Toughened safety glass is glazed to AS/NZS 2208, and componentry and frames carry a 10-year guarantee under normal operating conditions.
Beyond the standard range, our custom extrusion service lets builders, glaziers and architects specify a profile that doesn't exist yet — we'll work through the die, the tolerances and the finish with you directly.
